A new tape has been found

It is not readily apparent what this tape will add to the current investigation of Luke Devlin’s 1998 disappearance, it certainly gives more context to the previous tape’s contents.

Echoes came to me in a dream last night. He asked me to relay a message to those who found this through him. He said "my next grotto is as hidden as this first one. To find it, you must look at the messages I left over a hundred years ago. The drawings I used that now lie underneath Polaris. Find that which should not fear the waves nor the storm above and instead should remain steadfast in its mission to remain in place and hold the ship. That will be your key." Do with this what you will.
